One address handles everything: [email protected].
What to send there
Corrections first. If a pricing page, a seat limit or a free tier described on this site has changed, include the tool name, the page you checked and the date. Screenshots help but are not required.
Questions about a workflow are welcome when they are specific. A description of the job that repeats, the team size and the tools already in place is enough to answer. Generic requests for a tool recommendation usually get a question back instead of a list.
What does not get answered
Pitches for sponsored posts, link insertions and paid reviews are not read beyond the first line. The site does not sell placements, and there is no rate card to negotiate.
Support questions for third-party software go to that vendor. This desk tests tools, it does not administer them.
Response time
Most messages get a reply within three working days. Corrections that affect a published number are handled first, because a wrong figure is worse than a slow answer.
Privacy of correspondence
Emails are kept for as long as the thread is useful and are not added to any list without a separate confirmation. The privacy policy describes the rest in full.
