Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of flexdesk.space. Reading the site or sending material to it means accepting them. If any part is unacceptable, the site should not be used.

1. Agreement

By opening a page on this domain you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. Both documents apply together.

2. Publisher

The site is written and published by andy rodman under the name FlexDesk. Contact is [email protected].

3. Use of the site

You may read, print and quote the material for personal and internal business use. You may not republish whole articles, resell them, or present them as your own work.

4. Content and intellectual property

The text, layout and graphics belong to the publisher unless credited otherwise. Photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and keep the licence stated on the file page; where attribution is required, it is recorded in the media library entry for that image.

5. Templates

Templates published with an article may be copied, adapted and used inside your organisation without payment. They may not be resold as a product, bundled into a paid course, or published as a lead magnet behind a paywall.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, run automated scrapers that degrade service, upload malicious code through any form, or use the contact address to send bulk unsolicited mail.

7. No professional advice

Articles describe what worked in one team at one time. They are not legal, financial, employment or security advice, and they do not replace a review by a qualified person in your own jurisdiction.

8. Accuracy and tool changes

Software pricing, seat limits and feature sets change without notice. Figures are correct as at the date shown on the article. A correction request is welcome and is handled as described on the contact page.

9. Third-party links

Links to vendor sites, documentation and research are provided for reference. The destination’s terms and privacy practices apply once you leave this domain.

10. Compensation disclosure

No payment is accepted for a review, a placement or a link. Where a tool has been provided free of charge for a test period, that fact is stated inside the article rather than in a footer.

11. Reader submissions

If you send a correction, a case description or a screenshot, you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow it to be quoted in an updated article. Credit is given unless you ask otherwise.

12. Availability

The site is maintained on a best-effort basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, for a security response, or by an upstream network event. No uptime figure is promised.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided as it stands, without a warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows such a disclaimer.

14. Limitation of liability

The publisher is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the site or reliance on an article, including a decision to adopt or drop a tool.

15. Indemnity

If a claim arises from your misuse of the site or from material you send, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. Disputes go to the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to any consumer right to bring a claim locally.

17. Changes to these terms

The terms may be revised as the site changes. The version published here is the one in force, and the revision date at the top of the page records the last edit.

18. Contact
